My question is directed towards Mr. Galvin. I wish to address the establishment of an interim gaming regulation authority. Mr. Galvin referred to substantial revenue being lost by the State and the need to prevent unlicensed slot machines from being operated in unlicensed premises. Does he know from experience if criminal elements are involved in the use of gaming machines in unlicensed premises? I know that in France and Italy, in particular, the Mafia is directly involved in the use of machines in some pubs and bars.
