Mr. Robert Watt:

The subvention from the Transport Vote, to some degree, goes to subvent Dublin Bus loss making routes but, in the main, goes to Irish Rail. The Accounting Officer for the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport will account for that expenditure in the normal fashion.
