I move amendment No. 15:

In page 19, lines 13 to 21, to delete all words from and including “—” in line 13 down to and including “consulted” in line 21 and substitute the following:“with the consent of the majority-shareholding Minister given (where the majority-shareholding Minister is not the Minister for Finance, with the approval of the Minister for Finance) after having consulted with the Minister, the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform and any other Minister of the Government who, in the opinion of the majority-shareholding Minister having regard to the functions of that other Minister, ought to be consulted”.

The amendment is purely technical. It is proposed in the interests of clarity and certainty.
