I wish to comment on the issue of rural transport. Reform of the programme was necessary. There are some examples of excellent rural transport services, but there are also some bad examples. It is timely to conduct a review of rural transport services and have collaboration between the various services involved in order to provide a better and more efficient service that will meet the needs of rural people. I welcome the initiative in that regard.
