I move amendment No. 98:

In page 58, between lines 4 and 5, to insert the following subsection:“(5) The chairperson shall be required to attend a special meeting of the responsible Oireachtas Committee at least once every two years from the commencement of this section. All other members of the Advisory Committee shall also be available to attend these special meetings at the request of the Oireachtas Committee who shall set the agenda.”.

The advisory committee should report to the relevant Oireachtas committee at least every two years so we can get a feel of how it is progressing. It would be beneficial to the industry in general.
