The purpose of today's meeting is to consider the Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income and Capital Gains) (Ukraine) Order 2013 and the Exchange of Information Relating to Taxes and Tax Matters (Dominica) Order 2013. I welcome the Minister of State at the Department of Finance, Deputy Brian Hayes, and his officials, to this meeting and thank them for assisting our consideration of the motions.
