Senator Coghlan asked about the tracker policy. I will defer to Mr Brendan O'Connor who is working with the Central Bank on this issue. On the question of leasing versus term loan, I do not believe we are pushing people to leasing. We are trying to bring about what is an affordable, sustainable and the lowest economic cost option for the individual. It depends on the circumstances but if there were circumstances where Senator Coghlan came across someone who felt that, the Senator knows me well enough and knows he can share that with me directly.
