That is a fair question and there are two elements to the answer. The first is the question of whether we are practical and see the need to be flexible in the case of unforeseen events. The answer to that question is "Yes." Second, we are trying to turn a customer with that difficulty back into a functioning member of the economic and financial system and, by definition, a contributor to the economy. There will be circumstances where somebody is restructured and he or she is doing well but something comes up that may not be an emergency such as a growth opportunity in the business, where a new contract is won and there is a need to hire more people or a need for working capital.
