From a timing perspective, I do not understand the technicalities of what it will take to get the initiative over the line. Presumably, it is doable by the next budget. Then we will have to sell the idea and see if there is demand. A lot of investment is ready and things to back that would create jobs. I identify social entrepreneurs, help them to scale home-grown and international ideas and help the latter to expand into Ireland. Let me give a few examples.
