I thank our guests for attending. An interesting reference was made to black carbon. Why was it not included in the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, UNFCCC, process? How could we include it in the Bill or should it even be included?

Reference was also made to UK models, including the Scottish one. Will our guests elaborate on the best parts of those models and how to incorporate those in our strategies?
