I asked three specific questions. On the ownership, does the panel see the need to have a change in ownership and some element of local ownership? On supply and export, Mr. McNamara gave an answer that it might be as well to wait but the question is being asked now. On the issue of planning regulations as opposed to guidelines, what is their view?
