Mr. Ó Gallachóir has done significant work on agricultural emissions. Agriculture is currently at a crossroads. As a country we have to ask if our ambition is to be a world leader in the volume of output or if our ambition is to be a world leader in terms of adding value. That is the key question, in my view, which needs to be resolved.
