I move amendment No. 82:

In page 15, between lines 10 and 11, to insert the following:“20. The Executive shall, for the purpose of monitoring and collecting data on the performance of medical clinical procedures, collect information on the functioning of Chapters 1 and 2 of this Act in accordance with standard Hospital In-Patient Enquiry procedures recognised by the World Health Organisation and in use by the HSE.”.

In view of the fact that the principle of the amendment was lost on amendment No. 68 I will withdraw it.
