We must deal with the here and now. I accept Deputy Creed's statement that in the future matters will change. As matters change, the regulations in this Bill can be brought back before the Oireachtas and changed. As matters stand currently, in the case of the specialities, one of them must be obstetrics. In the case of the seven specialities, that is to address the very issue Deputy Creed raised - that it is a model 4 hospital.
