I move amendment No. 5:

In page 6, lines 30 and 31, to delete "which has regard to the need to preserve unborn human life as far as practicable" and substitute the following:"which has regard to the need to preserve unborn human life as far as practicable and with due regard to the right to life of the woman".

The purpose of the amendment is to include in the section a reference to "due regard to the right to life of the woman". It reflects the language of the 8th amendment to the Constitution and clarifies the section.
