A constant re-examination of where we stand and where we are heading will assist us in making adjustments in order that we will not develop a low-carbon roadmap which will be set in stone. Technologies will change, as was the case with photovoltaic generation. Significant changes, which would need to be taken into account to proceed in a more considered and efficient manner, can occur.
