No. 3B.12 is correspondence, dated 28 May 2013, from Mr. Paul Maloney, former chief executive, Dublin Docklands Development Authority, regarding the committee’s examination of Special Report No. 77 of the Comptroller and Auditor General on the Dublin Docklands Development Authority.
