The Chairman has confirmed a point I wished to raise and which Deputy Donohoe dealt with, namely, that although these memos concern the Chairman personally and individuals connected to him, he and they were not supplied with copies of the information until last Friday, despite the fact that some of these requests had been submitted some time ago and had been responded to before now. Were they released into the public domain before the Chairman had sight of them?
