This meeting has been convened for the purpose of the consideration of the Residential Tenancies (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill 2012. Cuirim fáilte roimh an Aire Stáit agus a hoifigigh, Cian O Lionáin Uasal, principal officer; Ms Catherine Higgins, assistant principal officer; and Ms Paula O'Reilly, assistant principal officer, from the Department's housing regulation section.
