I move amendment No. 34:
In page 15, before section 26, to insert the following new section:26.—Section 123 of the Principal Act is amended—(a) in subsection (1), by substituting “an agreement referred to in section 96(1)” for “an agreement mentioned in a mediator’s report under section 95(4)”, and
(b) in subsection (4), by deleting “in relation to the point of law concerned”.”.
