I move amendment No. 33:
In page 15, before section 24, to insert the following new section:24.—Section 119 is amended—(a) in subsection (1)—(i) in paragraph (i) by substituting “subject to subsection (3), costs” for(b) by inserting the following subsection after subsection (2):
“costs”, and
(ii) by deleting paragraph (iii),and“(3) The costs awarded under subsection (1)(i) shall not exceed
€1,000.”.”.
