Absolutely, we are very conscious with all of the taxes we administer that there are times in the year and times in people's lives when it is hard to comply. We have all sorts of arrangements in place for all of our taxes, including giving people time to pay. However, I do not have the option of allowing people not to pay, as that is not in my gift.
