I move amendment No. 13:

In page 5, between lines 17 and 18, to insert the following:“3.Where a possession order is granted by the court to land which is the principal private residence of the mortgagor the mortgagee assumes full liability for all debts relating to the mortgage on that property and agrees not to pursue the mortgagor for any outstanding liabilities on that mortgage.”.
