I thank Dr. Sheehan. We are now moving into Members' time which is 70 minutes. I remind Members that questions are on the heads of the Bill. In the context of the language we use and the way we behave in the Chamber, if we could be tolerant and respectful towards each other it would be appreciated and, perhaps, remarks could be confined to the heads of the Bill.
