Deputy Mathews made reference to the unanimity of the evidence. I did not sit in the Chamber, but I had the opportunity to go through all of the various submissions made by the different parties. The point has been made by a number of speakers this morning that on that occasion the committee was presented with a unanimous view with regard to suicidal ideation and self-destruction. That is not my reading of the evidence presented to the committee.
