What physical changes to infrastructure will be made in Irish hospitals in the light of this cultural shift, if abortion is introduced. What changes to work practices will be involved? What method of abortion will be used in these instances, as there are different methods that can be used? Has HIQA been involved in departmental discussions on the provision of abortions in Irish hospitals? Like previous speakers, I am concerned. I attended the committee hearings in January. Will Dr. Holohan provide specific examples to indicate how the heads of the Bill were influenced by the evidence given at the January hearings?
