I have two final questions. One is the political element. Ms Moylan has alluded to the responsibility of the chairman to report to the Minister. That is generally the way the communication works between semi-State bodies and relevant Ministers. Have we an idea how many times the relevant Minister would have met the chairman of the board? To respond to Ms Tallon's request that we complete the circle – I do not wish to put words in her mouth – it is quite important that we look at that element as well. How many times would the chairman of the board of the authority have met the Minister in a typical year, specifically the year in question? I am sure all these matters are subject to a massive degree of confidentiality and off-the-record comment, but have we any idea as to what was discussed at the meetings and the outcomes?
