I wish to intervene, if Deputy Donohoe and Ms Moylan do not mind. In the report, the references to withdrawal relate to the meeting of 3 November. For the meeting on 24 October they continued to participate having declared their interest. The withdrawals on 3 November related to proposals for funding, that is, a specific proposal of lending X amount at such a price or interest rate and so on. That was when members of the executive board withdrew from the meeting. They continued to participate in this meeting having declared their interest.
