If any individual is not co-operating, he or she would be liable to be subject to earlier action, but that is in the context of wider processes. For example, as set out in the briefing document provided for the committee, alongside this, we are increasing the number of sites that use the electronic claims process. About 51% of claims, by value, come from sites that use this process. By July, there will be an additional 22% of claims and by the end of the year 80% to 90% of claims will be in that space also. It is part of a wider process.
