That could well be the case. Ultimately the hope might be that a major European bank which accesses funds on a more cost-effective basis might come into Ireland and lend to Irish people on that more cost-effective rate. That might be what the economy ultimately needs. That will be a policy question for the Minister for Finance at that time. I am guessing the Aer Lingus-type debate will happen again.
