I move amendment No. 139:

In page 54, paragraph 3(4), line 36, to delete “the employee concerned may” and substitute the following:“the employee concerned (or, in the case of an employee who has not reached the age of 18 years, the employee’s parent or guardian, with the consent of the employee) or, with the consent of the employee, any trade union of which the employee is a member, may”.
