I move amendment No. 112:
This is a technical amendment to the Electronic Commerce Act, which is related to the changes to the consumer credit legislation in an earlier amendment.
In page 39, before section 54, to insert the following new section:60.—Section 11 of the Electronic Commerce Act 2000 is amended in paragraph (d) by deleting “the Consumer Credit Act, 1995, or any regulations made thereunder and”.”.
