I move amendment No. 29:
In page 14, before section 20, to insert the following new section:“CHAPTER 430.—(1) The provision to the Bank or an authorised officer of any information, record or other document by a person under this Part shall not be treated, for any purpose, as a breach of any restriction under any enactment or rule of law on provision by the person or any other person on whose behalf the information, record or other document is provided.
Supplementary
(2) Where a person required under this Part to provide a record or other document claims a lien on it, the provision of it shall be without prejudice to the lien.”.
