I thank Mr. Dunning for that explanation. Subheads E1 to E6 include matters such as petroleum, mining and GSI services, as well as geoscience initiatives and seabed surveys. Is the money presented in this petroleum infrastructure programme fund the sum total of what is spent by the State?
