How appropriate is it for commercial entities, albeit that they have secured a licence, to be paying money into this kind of fund for the purposes of further hydrocarbon exploration and development activities? Does Mr. Dunning not see that there is a bit of a clash there, to say the least? I am very surprised to see this type of an arrangement. These are potentially-----
