Ms Celene Craig:

That arose because of the economic environment. The tenants at the time had put us on notice that they were going to leave. They then proceeded to renegotiate. We took advice from Lisney. We chose to renegotiate with the tenants to get them to stay on and to extend their tenancy on a reduced rate. There was a real fear that we would have nobody occupying the premises. We were attempting to offset some of the costs rather than having to bear all of the costs ourselves for a premises that was not being utilised.
