Professor Joe Barry:
Deputy Harrington said that this is a matter for the Committee on Health and Children rather than this committee, which deals with sport. That is not so. When the Taoiseach launched a Healthy Ireland document two weeks ago he said health is everybody's business. It is not just a matter for the Department of Health.
