What we have been looking for over the past four years is a phased reduction with the ultimate elimination of sports sponsorship. The task force began in 2009 and we suggested a phased reduction in about four years from then, but now we are talking about 2016. What the sporting bodies said was that in an ideal world, they would rather not have alcohol sponsorship and that they had never seen any evidence that it works. However, it does work. Therefore, if they say they will continue as they are doing because they do not believe it causes any harm, they are-----
