If there is to be a cross-European register, as described, I anticipate that in Ireland the new Insolvency Service will maintain it. The Insolvency Service is putting in place the necessary software in order that there will be a domestic register of individuals who are availing of the various mechanisms provided for in the Personal Insolvency Act. I anticipate that the register should be up and running and on-line in the second quarter of the year. That work is proceeding.
