I welcome the motion and the proposal it concerns. My point is similar to what has been said by previous speakers. The Priory Hall development is in my constituency and involved the developer, Mr. Thomas McFeely, who is probably one of the most famous bankruptcy tourists in recent times. He availed of bankruptcy proceedings in the United Kingdom. On page 5 the Minister referred to notable persons that have been before the United Kingdom courts-----
