I thank the Minister. I agree with his assessment that on a first reading the proposal appears to be a welcome development in terms of clarifying a range of matters. The Minister referred to bankruptcy tourism which is relevant to people in this country in recent times. We have seen a number of high-profile cases, some of them successful. Reference was made to the centre of main interest. Could the Minister explain why the proposals will not impact on that and what could be done if what is being proposed does not impact on the situation and how we can deal with the issue separately?
