Even with a new legislative framework that is working to its absolute optimum, there will be circumstances where there will be a lag, some form of delay, after an application is made and the time required to process it. That can vary depending on the specifics of the case. Am I correct in saying that a system other than direct provision will be envisaged for those persons who are in the course of their application?
