I thank the delegation for its presentation. I know it says that traditional rights must be protected online as well offline. Are there any laws that are missing with regard to this? It mentioned different areas where there are many protections but are there any areas where protections are missing? If someone is using a computer of smartphone, are there any powers to seize those devices if they are identified? Should a mechanism exist whereby equipment can be seized if it is not possible to get at the person? Are there anomalies in the law that would stop that? In respect of the monitoring of phone calls, certain words that were offensive or used by certain groups triggered off-----
