I move amendment No. 33:

In page 29, subsection (6)(b)(ii), to delete lines 1 to 4 and substitute the following: "(II) the ring-fenced amount or, as the case may be, so much of each ring-fenced amount determined in accordance with paragraph (c) shall, to the extent of the excess of the relevant amount over €63,500 thereupon become a non ring-fenced amount.".
