I welcome Ms Deirdre O'Keeffe, Ms Siobhán McCabe, Mr. Hugh Boyle and Mr. Edward Shortt from the office for Internet safety. The relevant provisions of the Defamation Act were referred to earlier so there is no need to read them again. I ask the witnesses to explain the role of the office, particularly in respect of public awareness in terms of Internet safety. I invite Ms O'Keeffe to make an opening statement.
