I thank the Chairman for the opportunity to make a presentation. We will deliver a joint presentation. Mr. Lorcán O'Toole from the Golden Eagle Trust will elaborate on the background and context of the scheme. I will speak on behalf of the National Association of Regional Game Councils on how the new scheme will fit and be implemented and on some options for the Irish upland under the scheme.
