If one is making a ruling to the effect that certain records - I accept that some of these may be very specific to particular bodies - relating to procurement or a generic issue must be released, then obviously they would apply elsewhere. We put a great deal of information on our website and we circulate information on important decisions to individuals and public bodies. I think the Department may also do that.
