I appreciate that. What I was saying is that I am concerned at the status of the invitation. Will the Minister clarify whether he thinks they are about to come or whether it was only an invitation to come. Are they or are they not going to come? I appreciate the Minister must act according to protocol.

I have a number of other questions, but I am aware other people may wish to come in. I would be happy to finish now and come in again later.
