It is a good question, if I may say so. Mobility with the private sector is a critical component of the NTMA model.

We are a skills-based organisation. We recruit specific skills for particular purposes. If that model is to be successful we have to accept that it is a two-way street. In the main our employees would have come from college or would have joined us mid-stream. NAMA is a case in point: we had to set up an organisation from a standing start.
