Dr. Seán Ó Domhnaill said when the law was passed in the UK, 95% of abortions arose from suicide intention. Does a patient or a pregnant woman in the UK who proposes to have an abortion have to go through a psychiatric assessment? If so, is Dr. Seán Ó Domhnaill suggesting that the psychiatrists that these women present to are being duped?
